2018 Fitness Program: Day 10

It’s still chilly out, even though it’s warmer again than it has been. Still, Winter. Thus, another indoor workout, broken out into two (unequal) sets:

Set one:

  • Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
  • 5 push-ups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30-second plank
  • 5 (SLOW) leg lifts

Set two:

  • Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
  • 5 pushups from toes
  • 10 squats

And, done.
