Today was much warmer than it has been in about 2 weeks. Still, there is ice on the ground, and I didn’t want to risk a fall, so I did my workout inside again.
- Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
- 5 push-ups from toes
- 10 squats
- 5 triceps dips
- 30-second plank
- 5 (SLOW) leg lifts
- Repeated the walk inside the equivalent of once around the block
- Repeated the 5 pushups from toes
Tomorrow I’ll add 10 more squats. Tonight, I need to get to bed soon.
