I managed to complete the quilt top today, and, for the most part, I’m happy with how it turned out.
Wow! I got half of the full blocks done for the quilt today! They’re looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.
Today I managed to get all my triangle sub-units stitched together.
I finished cutting the triangles tonight. Next comes sewing them back together into a new pattern.
Tonight I managed to cut out the rest of the triangles for this quilt.
Tonight I managed to get one set of strip sets cut into triangles.
Today I stopped at the store on my way home from work and bought some spray starch. After dinner, I got busy spraying and pressing the strip sets from yesterday. I’d show you a picture, but they look pretty much like they did yesterday.
So today I managed to get all 28 strip sets sewn and pressed. Want to see? Of course you do…
I confess: I’m a stripper. I’m not a professional stripper; I don’t get paid to strip. I do it because I love it! Which is a good thing, because I spent several hours stripping this weekend.
