2018 Fitness Program: Day 1

Day 1: Walk once around the block. (For me, that’s about 1/2 mile.) Done.

The temperature was about 16 F when I did this. I bundled up, but about halfway through, my cheeks started to sting and burn from the cold. Still, it only took 10 minutes. I wanted to do more, but I’m determined to do this SLOWLY. And I have plans for tomorrow.
