Guys! I just found this awesome little watch, and it still works! I’ve had it a while, and “somehow” it ended up in Woman-Child’s stash, so I politely asked for it back. I’ll be fixing it up for the fabulous Dr. Who/Steampunk themed wedding bash I’ll be attending later this month. Here are some photos:
I love this little watch! I think it used to belong to my grandmother. It’s missing the crystal to cover the face, and the cover is lightly scratched, but it’s keeping pretty good time so far, and I love the dainty design on the front. And what a pretty face, too!
It’s not too obvious in these photos, but it’s a bright gold color. Also, the back has the same design as the front cover. but no matter. It will be so cool when I’m done with it! Thank goodness I had found my jewelry-making pliers months ago. Looks like I’ll be needing them… It’s a good thing I had so many leftover bits and pieces from doing that Button Bouquet. Now I’ll be able to make a cool chain for it. Perhaps a necklace? So many possibilities!
