Well, yet another day spending all my creative energy at work. But I had enough left to make this quick little doodle…
I spent yet another day (or at least part of it) using my creativity to try to beat this database for work into submission, with mixed results.
I realize that I’ve been offline a lot lately, and I apologize. I know you all have missed reading about my creative exploits. I’m psychic that way.
Today’s big creative venture is figuring out my new phone. You’d think that simply changing from one Android to another wouldn’t be such a big deal…
So, I managed to catch Spousal Unit’s cold/virus/crud from 2 weeks ago (guessing the incubation period is around 14 days), and I’ve been too sick to do much of anything other than drink lemonade/orange juice, eat chicken noodle soup, blow my nose and sleep. But that doesn’t stop me from being creative.
I managed to complete the quilt top today, and, for the most part, I’m happy with how it turned out.
So, technically it’s Day 195, since it’s after midnight in my part of the world, even though it’s not long past midnight. But I had some thoughts I wanted to share.
Wow! I got half of the full blocks done for the quilt today! They’re looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.
