I had fun with today’s project! I decided to take a photo of my little dog’s fur (she’s a blonde), and see what I could come up with. As it happens, her fur is actually many different colors from white to cream, to red, to brown, with little strands of black. I came up with quite a variety of different ‘scopes.
This is just one of the nearly 40 ‘scopes I made today:
I love the way this one turned out! It reminded me of little lightning bugs (or fireflies, if you prefer) tucked up inside leaves or flowers. Getting the colors just right was a surprise, and quite the accident. But hey, if it works, I won’t argue!
Just before I decided I was done with this one, I tried just one more thing. This was the result:
Holy cow! Where did THOSE colors come from?! Whatever, it doesn’t matter, because I absolutely, freaking LOVE them!!! But now that I know how it happened, I can try it with more of these ‘scopes, seeing as how many of them turned out to be very subtle in color and shading. Of course, you’d never know it from this one.
Have a great night! See ya tomorrow!
