2018 Fitness Program: Day 4

I know you’re all eagerly awaiting my next installment, so here ya go:

  • Walk once around the block (about 1/2 mile, during the bomb cyclone – very cold and windy, with snow!)
  • 5 pushups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips

And that’s it.

This is actually way too easy (I could do more), but as I said in the beginning, I’m purposely going SLOWLY, so I don’t burn out, and so I rebuild the daily habit of exercise.

Full disclosure: Yes, I’m making this up as I go. I could change anything at any time, and probably will at some point.
