2018 Fitness Program: Day 6

Another late day finishing my workout. Here’s Day 6 for ya:

Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block. Windchills are still below zero, so I’m adapting.

  • 5 push-ups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30-second plank
  • 5 (SLOW) leg lifts

And I’m done. Tomorrow’s a surprise!
