Today saw ice, sleet, and freezing rain. Needless to say, it was another indoor workout. Here’s what it looked like:
- Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
- 5 push-ups from toes
- 10 squats
- 5 triceps dips
- 30-second plank
- 5 (SLOW) leg lifts
- Repeated the walk inside the equivalent of once around the block
Each day this week, I’ll be doubling each exercise in turn, and on Day 13, I’ll be doing 2 sets of each exercise.
