So, here’s the deal. I decided to start over on my fitness program for reasons.
It’s not that I’m lazy, since this plan is certainly not that strenuous. But I decided that it simply is not sustainable. I decided that the rest days are just too far apart.
I also decided to go ahead and write a book about the program. And the program now has a name: Reboot.
You’ve most likely heard of bootcamps, both in the military sense, as well as in physical fitness training (and its extended meaning into other, intensive, short-term types of training, such as to learn software, or business concepts). “Reboot” is, in my not-so-humble opinion, the perfect name for this program.
So.
Day 1:
Walk for 10 minutes (once around the block). If 10 minutes is not doable, walk for 5 minutes. Do whatever you can.
Done. Drink a big glass of water (12-16 oz).
