Here is today’s piece. I wanted to do a high contrast red and black image, and this is what happened.
I was thinking of vampires and blood, and how life courses through human veins, and how a human might look to a vampire who needs a drink. Then I thought about how brightly our spirits shine in the dark night of the soul. And this kind of took on a life of its own.
