It’s still chilly out, even though it’s warmer again than it has been. Still, Winter. Thus, another indoor workout, broken out into two (unequal) sets:
Set one:
- Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
- 5 push-ups from toes
- 10 squats
- 5 triceps dips
- 30-second plank
- 5 (SLOW) leg lifts
Set two:
- Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
- 5 pushups from toes
- 10 squats
And, done.
