Today’s project was an easy one, with only 3 layers total (including the watermark) and simple drop shadows on only 2 layers.

Today’s post is about recycling. The images used to make this ‘scope were not turning out the way I’d hoped. So, I made them into something else!
I took some photos around a couple of abandoned sites a couple of weeks ago, one of which was an abandoned house that may have been damaged in a fire. Other than lots of charred wood on the front of the house frame, there were piles of trash inside the house, and rusted out vehicles of various types around the grounds.
I had fun with today’s project! I decided to take a photo of my little dog’s fur (she’s a blonde), and see what I could come up with. As it happens, her fur is actually many different colors from white to cream, to red, to brown, with little strands of black. I came up with quite a variety of different ‘scopes.
I got up this morning and ran some errands first thing. After I got home, I sat down to try to come up with today’s project… and felt completely uninspired. Maybe I was just tired. After all, it’s been a crazy week. After a couple of minutes of wondering what I was going to work on, I looked around and heard a tiny little voice say, “Here’s an idea…”
