2018 Fitness Program: Day 11

So, Day 11 was actually a few days ago (on the 11th, oddly enough), but I failed to post my update at the time. This is where I get to write about how “the best-laid plans of mice and [women]…” and all that, and how life can interfere with said plans.

Long story short, I did manage Day 11’s workout, but I am beginning to rethink my overall plan. For now, this was Day 11’s workout:

Set one:

  • Walked outside twice around the block (I did it all at once, so I wouldn’t have to go back out in the drizzle)
  • 5 push-ups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30-second plank
  • 5 (SLOW) leg lifts

Set two:

  • Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
  • 5 pushups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30-second plank (I lost track of how many exercises I needed to do; I should have stopped with the tri dips)

As I said above, I’m rethinking my program, and I have a plan to rework the system. I’ll try to write more about that tomorrow.
