2018 Fitness Program: Day 9

Today was much warmer than it has been in about 2 weeks. Still, there is ice on the ground, and I didn’t want to risk a fall, so I did my workout inside again.

  • Walked inside the equivalent of once around the block
  • 5 push-ups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30-second plank
  • 5 (SLOW) leg lifts
  • Repeated the walk inside the equivalent of once around the block
  • Repeated the 5 pushups from toes

Tomorrow I’ll add 10 more squats. Tonight, I need to get to bed soon.
