Many of you know that I’m a fiber junkie (aka fiber geek). I love just about anything to do with fiber: spinning, dyeing, weaving, sewing, looking, touching, making… Which is why I spent several hours at the Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival today with my family. But to clarify, this is not the silk I’m talking about in the title of today’s post.
Today, I had the pleasure of playing with a new web app called “Silk”, which is an interactive art program. (Shout out to Jimmy for sending me the link – Thanks!!) Go to the Weavesilk.com website to give it a try. Here are a few of my results from playing with it for a few minutes this morning:
