This weekend promises to be warm (OK, hot) and sunny. So, today’s the day I start working on painting those pieces of furniture for my studio. I’m chomping at the bit to start unpacking things, and putting stuff away so I can start making stuff again.
Of course, there are things I have to do before I can get started on this, such as go to an appointment, fix breakfast for the Child Units, make sure the Canine Units don’t wake up Spousal Unit (who is working nights), let the grass dry so I can take everything outside to work on it…. and possibly fix lunch, too. Once Spousal Unit gets up, we’ll be able to start laundry and tidy up the house and such, as well.
So, today: do something fun, be silly, be spontaneous, and make something creative. You’ll be glad you did!
