2018 Fitness Program: Day 5

Day 5 happened very late in the day for me. I have many reasons, but no real excuses. So, here ya go:

  • Walked the equivalent of once around the block (about 1/2 mile). In other words, I walked in place for about 12 minutes (making my 5K step goal, too), because the windchill has been below zero for the past 2 days. If it’s too dangerous to walk outside, find an alternative!
  • 5 pushups from toes
  • 10 squats
  • 5 triceps dips
  • 30 seconds plank

And, done!

I’ll post today’s workout later (after I actually do it).

Oh, and another thing: I started on the Whole30 plan yesterday. So far, so good. I have managed to stay on plan, and I’m not ready to Kill All The Things yet. Thank the gods for fruit and berries! I’ll let you all know how that goes, too!
