So, anybody who knows me knows how much I love quilting. But I don’t love quilting in a freezing cold space, like my garage (where my studio is), and I don’t enjoy sewing circular patches. Well, I found a solution to both problems.

Today’s project was a quick one, because I have been going all day at work, then came home to find I had some errands to run. After trying to catch up on email and FB, I finally decided I just really need to make something so I can go to bed.

OK, I’m totally in love with this technique! It’s so random, and everything depends on the layers you use, the images you pick, and the effects you apply to them. There’s no “painting” involved, unless you feel like it, and you can adjust anything separately or all at once. Have a look:
